About Edinburgh

Edinburgh is a stunning historical city situated on the east cost of the Central Belt close to the North Sea. It is the capital city of Scotland and is home to the Scottish Parliament. Everything is close at hand as you walk around the city. Café’s and bars and nestled amongst the busy high street stores and business in the centre, while a few minutes’ walk away you can find a change in ambience as you sit and enjoy an ice-cream on one of the many benches in the Princes Gardens, overlooked by the great Edinburgh Castle perched high above upon its rock precipice. The climate in Edinburgh is mild and any time is a good time to visit - the snowy winters paint a magnificent view of the castle, while the warm August days are taken up with the excitement of the famous annual Edinburgh Festival.
