There are a few attractions in Side but famous among them is the Roman ruins. The ruins consist of a temple, a gate and a few other monuments. The Manavgat Waterfalls which is located approximately 8km away from Side is another exciting place for the tourists to visit.
Apart from the Roman ruins the place is also famous for its clothes market.
Side has a very huge clothes market where you can buy many different types of fabrics and garments at a bargained price. Side also offers beautiful beaches and scenic views like other parts of Turkey offer.
Side has a range of good hotels and resorts where you can stay. It is better to book your hotel accommodation in advance because during the peak season it gets difficult to get a reasonably priced accommodation here.
There are many resorts and other types of accommodations that are located along the coastal line and hence provide very scenic views.
