A must see on any visit, as much for the view as the architecture, are the magnificent Moorish castles of Castillo de Gibralfaro and Alcabaza. Other sites include the beach, the Plaza de le Merced – Picasso’s birthplace, Picasso Museum and the Catedral de Málaga.
