The fact remains however that it is mainly a young person’s resort with all the major tour operators offering good package deals to attract the young. It is also home to one of the largest water parks in Europe which makes the resort popular with families who are visiting from outside the area. There is a wide variety of accommodation to choose from, there are plenty of hotels, some offering all inclusive packages, others are self catering only. You can also hire a one or two bedroom apartment.
These apartments are very basic but clean and offer the ideal place to “lay your head”. Many of the apartments are joined onto the hotels which means residents often have the use of their swimming pool and some of their other facilities. All accommodation is within walking distance of the main town centre and the beach.
